Both Apartments are identical and have;
The apartments are offered on a self-catered basis. There is a small 'kitchenette' with a sink, microwave, kettle, small fridge, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine but please note they do not have a Hob or an Oven so please plan your meals accordingly to avoid disappointment.
We supply the rooms with a Welcome/Breakfast pack which includes Teas, Coffee, Cereal, Milk and Biscuit snacks.If guests prefer a more substantial breakfast then we highly recommend a visit to the cafe in the village called Astalet.
To Book
The Calendar at the bottom of this page shows the current availability for Apartment 2. Remembering that we operate a minimum two nights stay policy, please fill out the booking form with your proposed dates and contact details and pay either by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Pro-forma Invoice. (If you choose to pay by Invoice we will send you a proforma Invoice with bank details to make payment)
Once booked an automated confirmation message is sent out immediately.
Two days before check-in a second message is sent out with full Arrival and Check in details.
Cancellation Policy
A Full refund will be given for Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
A 50% refund will be given for Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds will be given for Cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
HOUSE RULES
For the benefit of other guests as well as ourselves (living in the adjacent farmhouse) we have a strict set of house rules that we insist upon. Guests who ignore these rules may be asked to leave immediately

Check in/out is from 3pm on the day of arrival and by 10am on the day of departure. We send you full Arrival / Check In details by email 48 hours before arrival
We think Send is extremely well located being almost equidistant between Heathrow and Gatwick as well as London and the South Coast. We are only 8 minutes drive from the M25(junction 10) A3 interchange giving fast access to the National Motorway network and 8 minutes drive to Woking Station which offers great access to the National Rail Network with fast trains to London Waterloo (25 Minutes) every few minutes.
Send Village itself has a small Morrisons convenience store, post office, restaurants, pubs and great countryside walks. We highly recommend Astalet the Village Cafe for their eat in or take out breakfasts and this is only a five minute walk from the apartments.
Send is also only 10 minutes drive away from Guildford and Woking, two large local shopping centres with an array of restaurants and take-aways.
